We embrace:

  • Experiential Learning - In the long run, observational learning is not enough to change behavior. Once one learns and discusses the basic principles, one needs to actually perform the behavior one has observed, experience it, its’ outcomes, its’ impacts on self, environment and one’s performance.

 

  • Modeling – deliberately displaying a behavior or situation that parallels the participants’ work environment in order to achieve deeper learning and insights.

 

  • Feedback – Personal growth and development is based on open and honest participation and feedback.

 

  • Organizational involvement –senior leaders, direct managers and HR are key enablers in the success of any process. Their involvement and support throughout  is key to the leaders ability and organization to grow and learn.

 

  • Different Methodologies – Different people grow in different ways. Different cultures perceive things differently. Our processes are sensitive to these differences and offer a large array of choices – frontal, group, case studies and exercises.
